Is this actually legal?
The Esther & Mays Group LLC is a licensed NC Used Motor Vehicle Dealer. You're buying from a licensed dealer — that's the whole reason this works. Title transfers in person at the lot, same day.
What does the $750 cover?
Finding the car, buying it at the lot with my dealer access, transferring the title to you on the spot, and handing you the keys. No hidden fees. No financing markup. No upsells.
What if the car has problems after I drive off?
Auction vehicles are sold as-is. Before you pay, I show you the IAA condition report and photos for the specific car. You see exactly what you're getting — damage, mileage, history. If you're not comfortable, we don't buy.
How do I pay?
Cash or certified check at the lot on pickup day. The vehicle payment goes to the auction. The $750 service fee is separate. No wires, no Zelle, no online payment apps — everything in person.
