The Process

STEP 1

Tell us what you need

Budget, car type, your city. We follow up to confirm details and explain what's possible.

STEP 2

We find your car

We search dealer-only Buy Now inventory across all four NC IAA lots and send you options with photos and pricing.

STEP 3

Sign and pay deposit

Review your service agreement, sign digitally on your phone, and pay the $250 deposit via Stripe.

STEP 4

Wire vehicle cost

Wire the vehicle price plus IAA fees to our Mercury account using the secure link we send you. We buy your car at auction the same day funds clear.

STEP 5

Pick up or get it delivered

Choose pickup at the lot (we send a buyer PIN) or transport to your address. Pay the $500 final fee via Stripe. Title transfers same day.
